Sometimes when we release new features and new updates you might need to clear your client's cache to see them.

Windows:

1. Make sure the client is fully closed;
2. Open Command Prompt (WIN+R, type in CMD and click OK);
3. Type in: del "%appdata%\ClubPenguinAtake" and hit ENTER;
4. When asked to confirm, type in Y and hit ENTER.

Congrats! You have deleted all cache. Now reopen the game, choose if you agree or disagree to terms and enjoy!

macOS

1. Close the client fully;
2. Open Finder, click Go, put in the path "~/Library/" and open it;
3. Find and delete the ClubPenguinAtake folder and delete it.
